- I am getting mine done soon... I broke mine in a car accident last year and it is causing breathing problems. Theyre going to soften my nose along with repairing my right nasal passage...which is around $2,500... I am sure it will hurt, but I am also sure they will give me a good perscription (lol). It will be worth it... and if you're looking in to doing it, do it for the right reasons and it will be worth it =) and I think if it's done to change it, people will notice..but if its done internally..just to repair passage ways...it won't be noticed. Look at Cameron Diaz =) You cant tell she had work done...but Ashlee Simpson....You can tell.. it all varies on the work you have done! good luck!
