nose job?

can nose jobs only change the shape of the bone because i have quite a fat nose. im not thinking of getting one as im still way too young but i was just wondering xxx

1. no no they can cut away extra fat and skin as well--- look up pictures online ect
2. I'd say that they can change the whole appearance of you nose. I watched that Ugly Duckling programme. YUK. Watch one episode and put me off any form of cosmetic surgery
3. I THINK it depends on your nose, someotimes they have to crack the bone bt sometimes thay don't need to. Again all depending on your nose, and the result you want. Surgeons know best!
4. They can definitely just scrape away cartilage and reshape things. Usually they only have the break the bone if your entire nose needs to be reshaped or the nasal passages are being blocked and you can't breathe very well - deviated septums, things like that.

6. Good question. I think you should wait till you have finished growing and try to be happy with the nose you have. Work on other parts of yourself and change hairstyles to see if that helps. Really think hard before getting cosmetic surgery is my advice. I know you are too young now but do not rush into it as soon as you are old enough. I bet your nose is beautiful as it is but you just cannot see it yet.

11. yes my hubby had one but that was due to an r.t.a they break your nose and re-set it this in it's self can make your nose look slimmer and takes two weeks before you get the plaster off before you see the result the opp. is called rynoplastie
