You'll want to go to www.surgery.org to do a surgeon search & check to see if the surgeon is certified by ASAPS (American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery) - that certification means the surgeon's primary surgery is cosmetic. Once you find a few surgeons, you'll want to go to www.abms.org to make sure they are certified through the ABPS (American Board of Plastic Surgery).
