What's the difference between a NOSELIFT and RHINOPLASTY (plastic surgery)?
i'm having thoughts of going through the knife.. but i'm not really sure what procedure i'll be needing.. hope you guys can help.. thanx.. thanks for those answers.. i'm not really sure what procedure they call it.. but the one that they just cut off at the nostrils or something.. generally, i have an ok nose.. but lately, it has somehow became bigger.. i don't know.. maybe cuz of asthma attacks or something.. it would have been ok for me.. but now, even my family comment on how big my nose looks.. and it really affected me that i get depressed just thinking about it.. that's why i'm thinking about doing something about it.. now i always pinch my nose hoping that they would get smaller or something.. or maybe it's just something psychological.. sorry.. i keep on ranting.. i just can help it.. thanks ya'll..

- I think those refer to the same thing. A noselift being one kind of Rhinoplasty anyway, maybe its easier to just learn to accept your nose the way it is, however it is
- noselift would be, say just pulling the skin a little tighter or something, making a slight change. A rhinoplasty would be total re constructive surgery, meaning you could get your nose to look like absolutely anyones nose. I encourage you to talk seriously with doctors and do as much research as you can. If you are truly unhappy with your nose, then you should do something about it. but remember you will never be able to get the nose you were born with back, and to me, that is kind of scary. either way good luck!
- No such things as a "nose-lift." It's rhinoplasty. You don't go in and tell the doctor "this is the procedure I want" you go in and show the doctor your nose and let him/her decide the best procedure to get you the look YOU want.

- The one surgery you need is in your brain, this means if you can make your brain believe that you are physically fine your brain is going to send this message to all your body parts. and all your thoughts about reconstruct anything are going to go away. Besides;A lot of Hollywood actors and actresses have either big nose, big ears or big mouth and we all enjoy watching them on TV, and that is because they feel good about themselves. It's not about how you look or how the others wants to make you feel it's about how you really feel. And believe me there is no better feeling than feeling good about ourselves
