Does anyone have any info on rhinoplasty or have had it done?
I want to get a nose job but I'm scared. I need some good research links? or know some good doctors? or have had the procedure done themself.

- Jess, Some Asian cultures used to bind the feet of young women so that they would fit someone's idea of beauty. The necks of women in some African cultures used to be using a series of metal rings. Victorian-era European women wore corsets in an effort to sinch the waist down 14 inches or so causing broken ribs and faint because, you guessed it, they felt they needed to reflect someone's idea of beauty. So, this nose job you are thinking about... Yes, it should strike you as just as offensive and, in fact, absurd as, say, foot binding. Don't do it... There are so many better ways to spend your time and money. Take the money and travel to Prauge or Brazil or donate it to a homeless shelter or take flying lessons or something else worthwhile. You may have convinced yourself that you are doing this for you, but guess what... you got the idea from somewhere; from society. Keep the nose yo momma gave you. I'm sure it's lovely, Paulson
