can a rhinoplasty be performed only on local anesthesia?

Im specifically sayin on a silicone implant procedure which require no breaking of nasal bones.PLS REPLY

  2. No, lots of people that get rhinoplasty do not require their nose to be broken but they are still put under a general anesthetic.
  3. yes. we do a lot without general anesthesia
  4. yes it's possible, but the patient needs to be pretty stoic. even with adequate local anesthesia, we still give at least some IV sedative so the patient won't be wide awake.
