Can I get some feedback from rhinoplasty/chin implant patients?
I'm considering both procedures and I'd appreciate a first hand account of what you went through. Consultation, pre/op, post/op, recovery...And how it's changed you (minus the obvious).

- I had rhinoplasty surgery last year, but it was minimal. I had a bump removed and the tip fixed. It wasn't open rhinoplasty, he was able to due it all internally. The recovery was pretty uncomfortable and I began to regret it becuase I was afraid of how it was going to look, because I felt like Miss Piggy,my nose was in a stint and pushed upward and I freaked out. But in the end it was exactly what I wanted, everyhting fell into place and the shape gradually fell into a 90 degree angle, and I still looked like me just improved. However in some situations, corrective surgery is required. I have to have surgery again because the cartalage in the tip didn't heal correctivly. It cant be noticed phsically, but I can feel it. In the end, I am happy I did it, I feel it improved my self confidence. Just make sure you do your research on a well known plastic surgeon!! Good Luck!
- Rhinoplasty / chin Implants surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America. Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star. http://www.forerunnershealthcare.com Hope this helps.
