Is it alright and safe to have undergo rhinoplasty surgery?

- yes it is alright and safe assuming you go to a board certified plastic surgeon. get referrals.
- Get referrals. Nothing wrong with a nose job as long as you are not expecting it to be a cure all for your present woes...it will not be. Good luck
- This may sound funny, but go to the place where all the rich jews go . I told this to my in-laws when my 17 yr. old sister in law wanted a nose job, plus I told them the name of the clinic. Because they always hated me - they thought I was arrogant b/c I was a lawyer and they really did thing stupid and always the opposite of me -- they did not take my advice and went to this local guy with little experiance. Anyway, the local doc f-ed it up and used these dissolving stitches that nobody uses anymore because they dont dissolve. He did a second "corrective" surgery after about 4 months when any reputable doctor would wait 12 months because it takes 12 months for the swelling to settle. The dissolving stitches keep surfacing on her nose one by one. They dont talk to me about it because, once again, I was right. Long and short, go to the most popular place. This is your face we are talking about. This is not a boob job where they just make a pocket and put in a round smooth implant everytime (and doctors still f that up too, despite its simplicity). Each nose is different.
- Cosmetic Surgery is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges cosmetic surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.I have also read that they arrange financing for american and canadian patients as cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor i personally believe that your cosmetic surgery can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.If you still havent got your surgery done, you are better off getting it done in India. my cousin got a couple of plastic surgery including rhinoplasty procedures through the forerunners healthcare in India and is all praise for this company. She is more than very happy with the results.she paid just 30% of what she was quoted in USA.hope this helps
- its alright just be careful that you know that this dr is a real dr...i seen on the maury show the other day that this woman went under surgery and come to find out he wasnt a dr at all..she had massive scarring and her flesh was rotting as she was laying there trying to get over her surgery and he just kept coming in cutting on her...BE CAREFUL, VERY CAREFUL

- Yes it is very safe.
- If you can't afford to go to the best plastic surgeon or at least a well known surgeon then you might as well not go at all. This is your face so I advice you to make the best decision because if you don't you will never be the same again emotionally and physically.
