Should I get silicone or saline breast implants for my wife?

1. Why would you do that?
2. Saline. Because if silicone leaks, she'e in real trouble. Saline is just like water, which is what's in most IVs at hospitals.
3. what for??? aren't you happy and satisfied with the way your wife look, I just hope you don't mind, but if getting silicon or saline is the choice of your wife then there is nothing wrong because she herself wants to look beautiful and confident about her body. But, if this is your choice, I don't think its necessary. Just accept her for who she is with no what if's and why.
4. No! Why should you and she go through all of that expense and physical suffering just to achieve a superficial, physical appearance? Big breasts are not all they are said to be, mostly, by people who do not have them. They can ruin the back and the posture. Smaller breasts are attractive and easier to manage in clothing styles.

It's a growing trend to have breast implants and lot of women want them especially after having children and being a part of the superficial world of today... research them on the net consult great plastic surgeons and think hard make positive it's about her and do know they can last forever but some only last 5-10 years so their might be all sorts of complications...make positive this is considered first. Also don't overdo the size you don't want her off balance and falling face down a lot do you lol kidding...:p
7. Ok I got to thinking about this, I'm paranoid about my looks and to read what type of implants you should get your partner is absurb. The only time I would even contemplate that is if I had a breast removed from cancer. Are these breasts for your benefit or hers? It will cost an awful lot of money, time off work and no doubt in years to come a leakage. Is it really worth it and depending on the size of them, new bras, new clothes and possibly back ache for the rest of her life. That ends up with more cost for medication or the possibility of having them removed. Then she has to go through the torment of scar tissue and scarring. So I'd have a good hard think about it.
