1. There is nothing that you can take that will help with increasing the size of your breasts, unfortunatly. Do not waste your money on those kinds of items. Try wearing a padded push up style bra.
2. sorry, but those things don't exist anywhere in the world. if you see it somewhere it's just a moneymaker for the seller to fool women with the same problem. all you can do is a surgical enlargement and you could do that in egypt as well. but better just accept this fact and be happy about your baby being alive and kicking and in this world. see it from a positive side, you don't have to wear a bra anymore!
