Is it normal a breast enlargement in a 18 month female?
My 18-month old female baby has a breast enlargement since she was born, and we have notice a brown line below umbilicus (navel). We are very worried

- Sounds like she has a hormonal issue. Some babies are born with fully functional hormonal cycles, resulting in things as crazy as periods, and even breats. Take her to the doctor.
- Always check with your doctor if you are worried, sounds like too many female hormones - do you still or did you breastfeed her? If she is developing normally in every other way then it's probably something and nothing.
- It is completely normal my middle daughter had had the same problem it is caused from female hormones transferred from mom to baby during delivery(and can even accur in baby boys) and will vanish after time Still let your peditrican know at your next visit but you have nothing to worry about My daughter had the enlargement till 2 years old
