I have low arches in my feet can i raise them?

I have really really low arches (feet) there is hardly any arch there I would like to raise them because i want to run track in high school and when i did it when i was younger my feet were so flat that my feet would hurt to where i didn't want to walk and that was just after a day of practice i'd have to soak them as soon as i got home til i went and i ended up having to quit. Is there any thing that i could do to raise arches in my feet? 1. No, you can not. There are leg-braces for that but they don't work.
  2. U can upto a certain age but u can use supports pasted to ur shoes so that u r comfortable and get less/no pain.
  3. The ligaments and fascia which comprise the arch have lost their ability to function.. There are supports available to help restore the arch to a functional (while wearing them) level. Surgery is not something to consider..If you don't get those arches supported while you are young, you are going to have some pretty drastic problems later on. In the knees as well as the low back. Perhaps even in the hips.
