what is flat feet surgery?
so i have really flat feet, and im a runner...so it doesn't help ive had arch pain, ankle pain, shin splints, a hip strain, back pain, and shoulder pain...all in a season of cross country, about 5 months, and i want the pain to go away... ive used inserts, arch supports or orthotics, i ice a lot, i stretch a lot and i try to be as careful as i can but nothing seems to work im tired of working hard and building my strength and speed up and just have to stand aside and watch it drop to zero because of my flat feet. ive heard of a surgery that could help with that, but im not sure about it. i really dont even know what they do, or how it works. any information on this?
