Does anyone have any ideas how I can "spruce" up my powerpoint presentation on cataracts?

Any ideas on what i can do to keep people awake?

1. Use a blurry font on some of the words?
2. Draw an eye in good health and then build an animation to show the growth of cataracts by bringing them in a little at a time.
