Flat feet and pigeon toe?
both of my feet are flat arched and my right foot points inwards when i walk and when i stand. I'm 20 years old, and i usually dont feel any pain unless i walk a lot, but overall i don't have any problems, other than the aesthetics issue. My concern is if having this will affect me as i age? will they worsen? Do i need special insoles or will surgery be required?

- You could potentially have problems due to age and weight gain, both of which stress any foot issues. A visit to a podiatrist would probably be wise.
- I have always been pigeon toed, my whole life. My toe next to the smallest one, is also on the same joint as the folloing three, minus the big toe, both feet are that way. I was born like that. They look normal though, but when closely looked at, you can see they are all 3 on the same joint. I used to have arches in my feet, but they fell and I'm only 34, not flat footed. Now that does hurt from time to time. I go for the blue icy hot when they hurt, but never had surgery because they said I'd have to learn how to walk again, all over again.
