Weight loss and skin sagginess?

I know when women lose weight sometimes their breasts get - the skin saggy etc. What I was wondering was about men. I assume they would suffer the same type of skin sagging around the waist, butt or where ever - but frankly I've never run seen a guy who lost a LOT of weight. So what is the story any of you who know about such things. And, is there anything that can be done about it short of cosmetic surgery?

  1. I lost about 45 lbs over the course of a year and don't have any saggy skin. I think you get saggy skin if you lose a lot of weight(like 100+lbs) or if you lose weight really fast. Unfortunately nothing can be done about sagging skin except surgery

  5. Well, I don't know personally but I do exercise a lot. You have to eat balanced meals and burn off more than you eat. Lots of protein in the morning, vegetables, nuts and multiple vitamins with lots of water. Also try lifting weights. It depends on how much you would want to use, you should not have sagging skin. The sagging skin comes when you lose weight too fast without exercise. As far as the waist sagging do the twist, from side to side and you should see results. Don't lose more than 2 pounds per week and you will not have sagging skin!
