I am considering having the Lap Band surgery done.?
The following questions are aimed towards actual lap band patients. How will I feel immediately after? When, what, and how soon will I be able to eat? When did you have it done and how much weight have you lost? Do you regret it? How do you feel now? How old are you? (I ask this because I recently heard of a 70 yr. old lady who had it done and is not doing too well.) If you have ANY other advice or something you want to share with me about the surgery, please do so. I have been wanting weight loss surgery for several years now. I am supposed to go Tuesday for my first appointment with the doctor.

Before you make a final decision on this issue you might perhaps wish to investigate a web search for "lap band surgery" and hopefully that will give you some useful information. Obviously all other strategies have failed. A web search for "weight loss surgery" might perhaps be useful as well.
