I've read up on how normal it is to have different breast sizes...but didn't find what I was looking for. I'm not so much concerned at the moment about anything being wrong with me as far as the actual size difference is concerned; I blame it on weight gain.. In the past 3 years, I've gained about 60 pounds. At age 20, I weighed 120 and had "perfect" breasts. Now at age 23, my left breast is immensely larger than my right, and continues to get bigger. Anyone looking at me closely can tell. I notice all day long looking down.. The majority of shirts I can't wear, and its a real embarrassing pain. I know my options with stuffing and such in the short term, but I'm looking for a longterm answer besides surgery. Most websites I've come across say woman stop growing by this time in their lives (age 23), but I'm starting back with exercising again and am wondering if there is anything in particular one can do to decrease one breast faster than the other.. I assume I can lose breast size with weight loss as I obtained this size with weight gain....
