private cosmetic surgery costs?

I live in ireland, which is pretty similarly regulated to the UK in terms of cosmetic surgery. I am looking into having breast augmentation and rhinoplasty. However since i value my life and care about the quality, I want to have it done by somebody very good and qualified ie. BAAPS (or similar) registered with a good reputation. I would prefer not to do it with one of the well known 'cosmetic surgery chains' and go with a private practise like a specialist. I was wondering how much extra i could expect to pay as currently one of the well known cosmetic surgery chains do each operation for about 6500 euros ( about £4500 or so). Any info would be such a help, thaks x
