2. first depending on how good the person you go to is 1. how many of his patients are pleased with their new nose then depending on what you want done removing of a bump on top...easier task or a whole new nose hard if you go to a doctor who isn't great but good and you want to transform to a whole new nose i would say 50/ 50 you will be pleased for you never know how even the best nose in the world will look on your face removing of a bump on the top even with a decent surgeon you should be pleased 100% because the bump will be gone My tip is go to a awesome surgeon if you want something special and make sure you lookover the nose you want attached to your face...possibly computer generated and if you like it go for it then i would say you will be pleased then i would say 90% chance it goes well if it is complicated surgery and 99.9 if it is simple
