I had some cosmetic surgery done, financed through Care Credit. Not only have their customer service hung up on me "accidentally" when I asked a question they didn't want to answer. But they've have messed up my account, not mailed statements. I've even been told by their customer service that if I don't think my APR was correct I should contact the surgeon's office and talk to them about it . I have impeccable credit and I feel I have to baby-sit them to keep things in order. I do plan to leave them. Just wondering if it's just me.
