If you've had hernia surgery and it got fixed can it get stragulated or come back?
I recently had a inguinal hernia surgery on my left testicle and I've been experiencing pain in my testicles and groin area. Could the hernia have come back and can it become stragulated? I know I've already posted a question similar to this one, but I did not ask about it being stragulated or it coming back.

- Anything is possible, but highly unlikely. 99.99% chance against it. If you are having pains though, get it checked out again.
- It can travel, if that makes sense? The hernia is a tear in the muscle that holds the soft bits inside the abdomen. They go in any literally stitch up the tear sometimes they insert a mesh material to reinforce the area. However, if they have not repaired it correctly, like a cotton sheet, with a tear in the middle, if you do not double stitch either end before you stitch up the tear, chances are the ends will tear, so they call it traveling. Therefore return to the Doctor and get it checked out. Best of Luck
