I had a full rct and a labrum tear...still not healed surgery was on may 27th?

I had an athrogram and came back ok i only have 65% and zero strength....i have major swelling esp in my traps, Ive been on celebrex since may along with popping ibrupofen (like skittles), ultrasound and tens 4x's a week what could be going on?
