What would help the recovery of ACL surgery?

I completely tore my ACL playing competitive soccer. Only my ACL. I had surgery 3 1/2 months ago. My knee if fine and I just started to practice drills with my team again (with the doctor's consent). Would anything make the recovery time speed up? I am a junior in high school and I really want to be able to play soccer in college. HELP ME PLEASE :)

  1. Your new ACL will be stronger than your real one eventually. problem is everyone heals differently. Strengthing is the best way without over doing it. drink lots of milk or calcium products but don't over due that either. you have to let new bone grow where they have drilled in your old bone, that takes a while, vitamins and calcium and strengthening.
