Is it bad that I want a nose job?

I have always been pretty confident with my looks, but my nose has always been something thats bothered me. Ever since I was young, whenever I looked in the mirror, my eyes would immediately go to my nose. It would stand out to me. My nose is small in shape however, it's very round and ball like at the tip. So if i got some sort of surgery, it wouldn't be a rhinoplasty, it would be more like a nose....shave. But when I told my mom (i'm 20 years old by the way) about it, she seemed really upset over the whole idea. My best friend kept saying that I would seem fake. So now I'm not sure if I want to even get it now because I feel guilty. Is it really wrong to want a nose job? 0.o ....No. Not nose piercing. Nose job.

1. No of course its not wrong to get a nosejob parents always hate piercings coz they no what they look like and stuff. Get the piercing if your really want it and picture this if you dont like it you will have a hole in your nose but it will close and might scar. But honestly by the sounds of it you seem fine and you dont need it stop worrying about your looks.

4. It is not wrong to want to get a nose job, but I don't really think you should. You shouldn't get surgery just for a disliked feature. You are who you are and you shouldn't change that. But if you are strongly disagree with me, go ahead. It's your face, your nose. If your still undecided, Write a list of positive and negative aspects about getting a nose job. eg- Positive = A better looking nose Negative = Cost If there is more negative things then you probably shouldn't go ahead with it. Just remember - YOU WERE BORN AN ORIGINAL, DON'T DIE A COPY! Goodluck x
5. i hate my nose too. when i get older i'm going to have a nose job. (im 13). i think you should do what you want to do. not what they want to do. they aren't the ones who have to deal with the problem.
6. I guess it isn't really wrong, if it really bothers you, then go for it. But I don't know if I can truly express my opinions of this, because I'm anti plastic surgery.
7. Its not wrong to want a nose job. Maybe your mom and friend really want to make sure you don't feel like you NEED a nose job? There is a difference. Seem fake? Hmm.... A lot of people have some work done. It's pretty common. Just don't let looks be everything :)
8. Beauty lies in the eyes of beholder. So dont worry about your nose. If you dont like it does not mean other people will not like it.
