Rhinoplasty-Should I go for it?
I have a large nose and want to undergo rhinoplasty surgery. I wanted to know if it is a 100% safe and approved procedure? I dont want to have any respiratory/nasal bone pain/any other problem that may arise because of it....

- You should do what makes you happy,, what country are you in because I would have to say for cosmetic or elective surgury the USA or Western Europe is the best (and only in my oppinion) to get it done. (if you have the money to get it done here, if not I would say don't do it or save up untill you do)
- Firstly make sure you are 100% certain you feel strongly enough about your nose before undergoing surgery and only you can decide that. When it comes to looking at different surgeons try to get personal recommendations and also check the background/qualifications of each surgeon and ask to see case studies/feedback/photo's from other patients that he has operated on. Any good surgeon will explain the procedure in full to you along with any possible side effects/symptons during and after surgery. Good luck x
- No surgery is 100% safe. Yes, it's an approved procedure [otherwise it wouldn't be able to be performed.] When they do rhinoplasty, they break your nose and reconstruct your nose from there so yes, you will have pain but it will eventually go away.
