air "lump" in 4 month old silicone implants?

i had silicone breast implants placed above the muscle on may 21 with out any complications. now i am having a small, semi-hard lump on the right breast by my cleavage which is also creating a flat like spot next to it. when i press on the lump, it feels like an air bubble. i can pinch the lump, it feels like a piece of soft, folded plastic. any idea what this could be? i have an appt. with my plastic surgeon tomorrow. thank you.

  1. I was going to say see your plastic surgeon because he is the person who first did the surgery and he is responsible for anything that could go wrong.
  2. Maybe the sillicone is leaking out of the bag thing its in, and its creating an empty space. or It might have been placed in improperly ?
