I wanted to cancel my rhinoplasty but the surgeon won't refund my money. Do I have any recourse of action?

I was under a lot of mental stress when I made the decision, and I felt that the surgeon wasn't honest about some things and unhelpful. I tried to cancel but they said they would keep my money if I cancelled. Is this legal and what should I do?

1. You may have a way to get recourse but I would check with a lawyer as well to see what they say. Also, ask to see a copy of the financial agreement contract to see what it says about the money issue and take a copy with you to the lawyer's office when you are able to go in and talk.
