- whats the point many guys like big breast
- Think of your boyfriend here! I also am going for this surgery in six months time, Yes you do need drain tubes, but think of the wonderful results, less back pain, and shoulder pain, neck as well. It will hurt, for some time, but in the long run, it will be the best thing for you. Take care, and don't worry, long term affects far outway the discomfort from the actual surgery. Take care. Pros.. no more back pain (if you have experienced this due to the weight of your breasts), fitting into tops/shirts of your interest. Cons... All I can think of is the recovery process. No- using the drains is actually involved in outdated techniques for breast reduction. There are many new technique now which use minimal incisions and therefore minimal scarring, for example an older technique is the anchor method with a scar running around and down from the nipple and under the breast, the most popular technique now is the Le Jour incision which involves scarring only around the nipple and directly down (there is no scar underneath the breasts). I suppost the pros would be that you have smaller breasts but that is also a con (if you are like me I am a bit sad about losing breast size), you will no longer have back, neck, shoulder etc pain. You will be able to wear great clothes without looking fat and a wierd shape and the list of pros goes on and on. Good luck !!!
- There was a woman on the Tyra Banks show whos nipples fell off from breast reduction But she didn't have a surgeon from the board or something like that her arreola dark part was still there but the nipple itself scabbed and fell off also you could have bad scarring
- my wife had the reduction surgery. the only con to the surgery is the scarring. her shoulder pain was gone almost immediately. it is a painful surgery as well.
- Loss of sensation (sometimes permanent) , and frozen shoulders (rotator cuff problems) from being in the cruxification position during surgery...common side effects, other than that, pros list is longer.
- Oh my god... you poor thing. I didn't even know that was possible. =/ There must be quite a few perverts who follow you around all the time, no?
- There are no cons if it's what you really want to do. I've heard that most girls feel a lot freer and more comfortable with themselves after having the surgery.
- all i can say is ... thats FRIGGIN BIG !
- Only pros, NO cons whatsoever! No more back pain, bras you don't have to special order, shirts can fit better, etc. The only maybe con is depending on what procedure you get, you have either a 50/50 chance of breastfeeding or an almost 100 per cent chance of breastfeeding. I had it Feb 2006 38J to 38C and I do not regret it one bit.
- i'm scheduled for reduction surgery the end of october. the only con i see is the fact that you may not be able to breast feed (but that is not a guarantee anyway), you will have scars (though minimal), and you may possibly miss what you have known for so long. for me, the pros outweigh the cons and i am immensely looking forward to my surgery.
