dark circles. Thinking about cosmetic surgery?
I have tried everything to get rid of my dark circles. I have had them for almost 8 years now. My mum has them but she didn't started noticing it until her late 30's. but I started noticing dark circles unders my eyes around 19. I have tried everything that's out there for dark circles.
