For anyone that has had plastic surgery or any plastic surgeon.?

I am 34 and due to weight loss i have a minimal amount of loose skin on my neck. It is nothing major, but i am very self conscious about it. If i squeeze the back of my neck, it goes away. I would still like to get this taken care of. Any suggestions and how much would something like this cost to get done?
