how heavy do you have to be to be elidgable for weight loss surgery in order for insurance to cover it?
im 21 5'7 and weigh about 250 pounds, also if i am what is available for me as far as types of surgery goes?

- You are too tall and weigh too little. You would have to gain at least 100 more pounds. This is coming form a person who does weight loss research all the time.
