Is there some kind of procedure, or cosmetic surgery that can be done to remove the fat around my mouth?

I am a pretty in shape guy, work out regularly, but I have this sort of fat that surround my mouth and lips that makes my mouth look puffy, I hate it!! Also when i smile it makes a lot of excess lines, which i also hate. Is there any surgery that can remove this?

2. i would like to see a picture of this so-called fat. it sounds like something you're insecure about but no one else notices. you could look into facial lipo, but it probably wouldn't take.

4. Before you consider surgery, there are exersizes you can do to tighten up the area around your mouth and jawline. it will take longer but it is free and no needles or scalpels. Just look up on the internet " mouth excersizes" :)
