Knee surgery question.?
I'm going in for my 3rd knee surgery next Monday (Sept 8th). The people where I'm getting my post-surgical brace said to bring an ice pack to the surgery b/c most insurances won't cover ice packs. Has anyone else heard of this?? Will the hospital staff keep up with it through surgery and recovery? Yeah; I don't think they will keep up with it and of course they will "resume no responsibilty for things lost". haha. I think I'm just going to make them give me a new one; whether it's covered or not.

- Doesn't surprise me. I have never heard of somebody having to bring there own medical supplies to surgery! Good luck with the surgery though!
