Indent on the back of my right shoulder ????

I am going to b having surgery on my shoulder for a torn labrum. . . . but i also have an indent on the back of my shoulder that neither the dr. nor the physical therapist can firgure out what it is. They say that it is somehow related to my torn labrum, and think that i attained both of these injuries playing softball. If anybody has a clue as to what this indent may be . . . . . Please be my guest and come up with a logical guess or answer!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

  1. I've seen this with people who have axillary nerve injuries...the posterior fibers of the deltoid become dormant and it looks like a "dent" in the back of the shoulder
