How to know what size breasts are correct for my girlfriend?

My girlfriend has booked herself in for cosmetic surgery to have her breasts made bigger but how do you know what size is correct for her. She wants a natural but bigger look but not the Jordan style ballons, she also dosn't want to waste money by just getting a pair that are not what she wants! Any one give some advice as to how to see what ones would be best? She at the moment is a 34 A and is 5 feet 8 tall with a slim figure.

Aren't you meeting the plastic surgeon for a consultation before she undergoes surgery? He/She should be able to give you the right advice :) Oh, and I don't think you can change your waist size form a 34 to a 36 if you get breast augmentation. Can you?

The surgeon will show her implants which she can put in her bra to help her find the size she is comfortable with. I'm 5' 7" and slim. I'm a natural 32DD. Mine are about right I think for my height etc.
Why doesn't she just invest in a really good expensive padded bra instead of undergoing surgery. All surgery has an element of risk and I'm sure you love her just as she is. Besides which as she gets older her bust size will increase so she maywell regret having her breasts made bigger as she could end up with Balloons like Katie Price and that would not be nice. Even Katie (Jordan) has regrets now.
the surgeon usually shows the sizes before they perform the surgery, so u can see which one would fit u best
Just like with TV's, go 1 size bigger than what you think your want.
My friend is 5'3" about 115 and she went from a 34A to a 34 D. She is VERY happy. Ha ha. She didn't want to go any bigger than a C, but the doctor advised her to go one size bigger than the size that she "thought" she wanted to go. I think they look terrific and so does everyone else. I agree with the girl that mentioned the doctor consulting with your girlfriend first. If he has been doing it for a while, he can show various before and after pictures of women around your girlfriend's size and frame and he should have something she can try on to get a feel for the different sizes. This may sound strange but she could try on at the store (or buy it and return it with all tags) the bra for the breast size she wants and stuff them with socks or whatever. Yeah I know that is so middle school but i think it would help her.
At the consultation she should be able to try on some bras with implants in them to see how they look on her figure. I am 5'5, and was a 34A. I went to a 34-36C. About 470ccs. Some people say they could be a small D. It really depends on the persons body type before the surgery. I read the number one complaint about implants is that the person did not go big enough so take time to make a decision. You said she was slim so I recommend going under the muscle so they look more natural since there is little breast tissue. Also I went through the armpits and the scar is barely visible...who looks at your arm pits anyway?! I think she should get a large C. At first after the surgery they will look huge and high but they will drop a few months later.

I'm sure the surgeon will suggest to her what is suitable to go for the rest of her body and it is up to her to take her advice or chose a size of her own.
The surgeon performing the surgery will be the best person to advise her on that one, I don't think you should be asking this here.
Some people havent got a clue on here so dont listen to people telling you 36 b 36 c, the 36 part is your back size you fools and you cannot change this! you can only change cup size a b c ect.

Well, she's quite tall so I would say nothing bigger than a "B" cup or maybe a "C" depending on how curvy her body is.
Implantations may cause cancer. What is given by nature is always best suited for us. Moreover, breasts are provided for feeding the baby and not for admiring and augmenting. sdr

Any decent surgon will only go up two cup sizes as if you any bigger this can cause complications- so I think a 34c is a good natural size.
B or C cup would be fitting. Otherwise the sergion will let give you a hint of what looks the best on her body

i would go for a 34/36 B. i think a C might look good, but maybe overpowering her body. good luck with the surgery :)!
