I am thinking of getting a nose job. Should I go to California or stay local?
I would really like to hear of people who had this procedure done. I live in Maryland and have researched many plastic surgeons in the DC, MD, VA area, but have also researched the California surgeons. I have been told by many people that if I'm going to get a nose job go to California because they do this procedure all the time. Money is not the issue. Plastic surgeon suggestions are welcome.

- Well, if you really want/need a nose job and you feel the best surgeon is in Cali then you should go there. However, I'm pretty sure you could find an excellent plastic surgeon closer to where you live. You should go talk to some doctors. Get there opinions. See which ones seem like the best.
