Can you tell if someone had a nose job?

Just wondering, a friend of mine had a nose job, and it looked similar to all the nose jobs I've seen. Unnaturally slender and shiny? Anyone?

3. yeah, if it just looks unnatural to the rest of their face. Then it probably is.
4. unfortunately most people cant afford the great plastic surgeons and have to settle for the not so great- like getting candy from a candy machine-- all one size and shape- but, if you were originally unblessed with a big hook and a hump in the center just below the eye level- anything would look better- so consider the pros and cons in this person. Shiny can be addressed with proper makeup and so can the slender issue-
5. Oh yes.Fixed noses never look natural.
6. If the procedure is performed well, it should look totally natural. It is when people go overboard that you can tell they had a nose job. HTH : )
7. Well Duhh it's going to look slender, They're CHOPPING their nose UP! Of course you can tell when people recieve a nose job, because they just look stupid. Or their nose has cartlidge in weird spots (squared). Unless they REALLY need it, now that's a different story. I have no idea why it's shiny, maybe they're sweating because they know you know it's fake! Hahah.
8. Yeah, I can tell, it's pretty much a standard fake nose they use. I always have the urge to run over and put a pair of those black plastic groucho noses and glasses on the person, but I only think about it, I'm not a mean person and wouldn't hurt someone's feelings like that. I *might* scream if I saw LaToya Jackson in a dark alley, though. Yikes!

It depends,i have four of my friends who went to a good doctor and after the surgery they look so good,because the doc hadn't changed much of their noses,just enhanced the original shape.and no one can tell the difference..but if u minimize it a lot or changed the original structure,it'll look fake and unnatural..
