How successfull and painfull is a nose job?

I dont have masses of money, i rent a house, work pt and i have a baby. But ever since i can remember iv wanted a nose job. Im happy with my body except this one part and it really does my head in sometimes. Im at the point now where im actually considering going into debt with it and getting a loan or something. iv been quoted about three grand. i dont talk to any one about it at home but i need some peoples views that have actually experienced plastic surgery and what there points on it are.

I was born with a nose that was turned up at the end. All through my childhood I hated my nose. I saved up so that I could have rhinoplasty. I was 25 years old and had enough money. I didn't even have a general anaesthetic, because a local was cheaper. And now, well I rue the day I had it done. All it did was make my nose longer although I don't have the bob on the end of it any more. I'm going back many years though, and surgery has changed so much in the 25 years since I had my nose job. If it makes you feel better in your heart of hearts, have it done. Oh, and as for the pain - you have a bruised and swollen nose and under your eye area, but it's more uncomfortable than painful. A few painkillers does the trick. It just feels heavy around the area, with a little pain. I've had worse migraines!
I haven't had one but considering they shive a hammer up your nose to reshape it then i'd say, yes it hurts but you are put to sleep so ... i dont know really ''/
if its done with a base ball bat it can make your eyes water.
my friend had a nose job and she said it wasnt too painfull but the anesthetic made her sick and she is very pleased with the results but she still doesnt feel that its perfect (but i do!) :D
i think that you should be visiting people who get burned to thank god for what you have sorry to say that but how would it affect you in life to have a new nose! plz dont do it you are created the way god wants you to be chanign it would allowing satan in your life ,trust me
