Anyone have a nose job done? What reaction do you get from friends and family?
I have wanted a nose job for many many years and wanted to wait to make sure I wasn't going through some huge sort of phase. 10 yeras later I still want one. I want it subtle not too plasticy looking. Any input would be divine!

- Hey had a Barry Manlow nose it could sniff out anything lol then had the nose job done and it like little button. The rest of the family has still big noses, so am the odd one out now lol
- I had work done and afterwards my nose was so swollen I didnt dare take the bandage off. I got so tired of everybody asking "What happened to your nose ?!?!" because of the bandage, I finally began replying in a serious voice: "I had it enlarged." It was funny to see reactions. Because friends and family care more about you then your nose, they will be excited and happy for you knowing this was something you wanted. There will be surprise and admiration on your new improved appearance as well. Hopefully people who arent as familiar with you will only notice that you look "better" without it being so obvious that it changes your face entirely. Wanting a subtle change that improves your appearance intead of replacing it with a new drastic look is a healthy and realistic expectation. Waiting years to decide this isnt a temporary desire has provided you with a well thought out decsion. Both these reasons make you a surgeon's dream patient.
