How can you tell if somebody has gotten a nose job?

I honestly wouldn't be able to see it even if my life depended on it. I'm really naive. So how do people do it? How can you tell if somebody has gotten a nose job?

2. I wish I knew. My mom is like the master at knowing haha I think it has to do with the bridge of the nose...not sure though
3. i have gotten a nose job at age 9(because of nasal problems) and honestly the only way I can tell is if you look at the bridge..if you notice, the bridge would look unnaturally thin;also, you would probably see some scars from the stitches around the nasal area.Also, if you look at the nostril area, it looks all bony and stretched...but you must know, not all nose jobs are like that, look at paris hilton and beyonce's nose, it doesn't look like they had a nose job but they did.
