How do you increase breast size naturally?
Is there anyway besides surgery that can increase the size of my breasts? they are absolutely tiny and i dont like them one bit. are there any specific food i should eat or exercises i can do to increase then in size. i dont want surgery or anything like that. i just want them to grow themselves. im 20 years old and very flat. please help!

- Well are you really thin first of all? I find that when anyone puts on weight, their breasts grow too, but you would have to put on weight on other parts of your body aswell. Ermmm maybe things like meat because its quite fatty and hormonally lol. I like to think that more hormones = more breasts. I'm glad you're not having surgery, that must have some serious side effects. Why not get a padded bra if you feel uncomfortable they work quite well if you get the right one. If you exercise, avoid doing anything which could make your breasts smaller, like the one where you push towards the centre with your hands. Sometimes the clothes you wear could make them look bigger aswell. Like ones with a belty type thing under the breast emphasise them more, but there are also tops which can make your breasts look smaller.Other than that, I don't really know sorry. - you should be pleased with what you have and the only way naturally would probably be to gain weight, but that woulnd't be healthy.

- You can... Put on some weight Do some exercises (talk to a personal trainer about it. If you're an A cup, certain exercises can make you a B cup but not more than one cup size) Besides, breasts never stop growing. It just grows VERY slowly after puberty (just like ears and feet) It's possible you might have bigger breasts when you get pregnant (I mean even after you stop breast feeding) They will sure get bigger when it's menapause time due to hormon pills. (If you get hormon pills now, you'll get cancer by the way, do not even think about it)
- There are only 3 things that increase breast size, gaining weight, getting pregnant or surgery, I am afraid they are all a little extreme.
