I have Flat Feet?
I have flat feet, I have orthodics but am wondering if there is any surgery options

- Stick with the orthodics. If they are properly fitted and used they will help reduce the problem with your arches. (it does take years to correct or improve the problem)
- I used to have very flat feet when i was younger, about 14 years old and they caused me alot of pain, it was very hard for me to walk,so my mom made me wear insoles. they shape your foot. I had to wear them for a couple of months, before my foot reshaped normally. They're a pain to wear, not very comfy from what i remember, i also noticed with my feet at least, if you wear high heels they shape your feet as well. But to be honest, i dont think you should consider surgery as an option, if your in pain or if it bothers you that much, then seriously try other options such as 'em insoles before surgery.. good luck <3
