2. I'd prefer to look Down's syndrome than like Paris Hilton. She's awful- looks like a bird with no feathers(or class)
3. HA HA, I'm not sure if this is a serious question? but any who. It would be a very hard procedure, as people with down syndrome have different facial expression to people who don't. So if they were to undergo surgery (which would take a long time) they might come out looking a bit different, but they would still have the same muscle/facial expressions, which would make them look different. ALSO, the procedure would take, and extremely long amount of time. Think of it this way, a nose job on someone, takes well over a couple of hours. so could you imagine a whole facial construction. The gas, that would knock them out, might not last long enough, so there would be trouble with that. Also, i doubt whether any down syndrome person, would consider having plastic surgery.
4. Snazz, what are you talking about? To take someone with a maldeveloped facial structure and make them look like Paris Hilton is IMPOSSIBLE. What are you thinking even saying something like that? It would require almost a full facial transplant which might even look worse.
5. I don't like this question. I'm not sure if you're joking or not, but I have a relative with down's and your question just seems really derogitory towards people with the condition. I want to see the humour, but there's something so flippant about the way you've written this.

7. yes im sure they could but it would be VERY expensive and painful and would need many many surgeries. who would want to look like paris hilton anyway? shes just an ugly girl with alot of makeup. ;)
8. Maybe not like them, but 'normal'. Nobody really looks like each other (except twins and close relatives) But they can do nosejobs, jaw reconstruction etc to make your face different. like how they turn a man into a woman. Its obv very painful though
9. No,However,parents do have surgery performed on their children with downs to shorten the tongue. Other than that Downs children are far more caring and feeling than Paris Hilton could ever be.
