Can plastic surgeons start working and get paid before they graduate from a university?
I want to be a palstic surgeon, but my mom says that I wont be able to make a living until I graduate. Is that true? And what is a palstic surgeons average annual gross income?What are some of the recommended and prestigious universities one can go to become a plastic surgeon?

- of course it is true. actually, you wont be working until you get out of medical school, which is 4 yrs beyond university.
- you have to go to school to be a doctor to be a plastic surgeon there is alot of school then your residency total of roughly 8-10 years you can't not work by yourself until you are finished with all of that you get paid for your residency but i work in a hospital and the residents make less money than the housekeepers
