Are there any plastic surgeons out there that ever do work for free?

I am seriously looking into a tummy tuck, I really need one at this point after I've lost quite a bit of weight, but my tummy fat hasn't budged. I definitely can't afford it, but are there any places that help with the costs associated with plastic surgery?

2. If your disfigured or disabled the government pays for some select surgeries. And many surgeons do charity work on cleft palets and such. But I 100% promise no one is going to give you a tummy tuck for free.

4. Unless you have a good friend who is a plastic surgeon, a free tummy tuck is most unlikely, there are a few out there that do it cheaply but i wouldn't recommend any.
5. Possibly at a "Medical University"....school of medicine. Try that, at least to find your answer, yay or nay. :o) Though you are looking for cost effectiveness in this area, when it comes to the body, I sincerely don't know if it's a good idea to skimp and go for second best. The qualified professionals that do this all the time would probably be the better choice in this area.
6. I have heard of some that do surgery for free that donates the skin of people that have lost allot of weight to burn victims hospitals. But, thats been several years ag i heard about it and cant remeber which hospital it was that does that. Something about taking skin from plastic surgeries and growing it in a solution.
7. This is absolutely not one of those things you want to find a bargain on. This is you're body. This is America as well, we're people will scam you, you need to go to a certified Plastic Surgeon. Unfortunately insurance will not pay for elective surgery like a tummy tuck, unless the Dr finds a hernia and then they may help. I don't mean to sound rude, but you are absolutely crazy if you don't go to a certified board surgeon. There are so many bad things that could happen going to the best plastic surgeon, times that by 30 by going to someone to do it free. But altho the chances are slim, reality tv loves a sob story, and even tho thousands write to makeover shows, maybe its worth it? Please don't go to a half ass surgeon.
8. If you find someone to so it for free run away fast. No one will do it for free unless they are trying to kill you. When concidering any surgery NEVER shop for price, shop for qualiy. Do you really what just a bigger mess?
