i got like this soft lump on the arch of my foot and it hurts my ankle to?
i seen a podiatrist and i have 2 get surgery does anyone know what the recovery is like cuz i ball all YEAR ROUND and i \serious about it . iam very close to dunking, i also have flat feet please help thank u

- umm...i had something like that before, it took me a while to get back to full strength, but you really need some rest before you ball again so you don't hurt it even more. Best of Luck
