  1. I think it was Brazil that my friend told me about. It's extremely cheap but it's some of the best and most precise surgeons. I would absolutely double and triple check wherever you go especially if it's outside the US...good luck hope everything goes well for u
  2. Breast surgery is still surgery. As such, it carries risks with it. the most serious is death. Quite frankly, I think that elective surgery is a bad choice. Anesthetic doses can only be given so many times to you before they have to switch types and that can lead to problems. I would rather save the surgery for life threatening problems
  3. Among the most commonly voiced concerns about medical tourism, especially for cosmetic procedures, is the difficulty of checking the qualifications of surgeons, anesthesiologists and medical staff at privately owned and operated medical travel facilities. Also, because U.S. law is rarely enforceable overseas, medical tourism clients often have little or no legal recourse in the event of negligence or malpractice by the physician or institution. Follow-up care is another important consideration for the medical tourist. Most travel medical packages provide for limited or no follow-up consultations once the patient returns to the United States. If complications arise, local doctors may not be able to treat patients who underwent cosmetic surgery abroad as easily.
