I'm considering breast augmentation, but I also practice mixed martial arts. When I get hit or slammed around are my implants going to pop?

It's certainly a possibility.
They might, I heard a story about a woman who couldn't join the army because they were in danger of popping.
Its possible yes and could cause more harm.Also depends on the hit on the direct boob.

Absolutely. Forceful blunt trauma can lead to your implants leaking or even breaking. I actually know of a surgeon in our area (I'm a practicing OB/GYN myself) who had to remove a leaking implant from a woman who'd had an auto accident, and the force of her seatbelt apparently compromised the seal of her implant. Now all of that being said, the odds are still that you'd live your life as you always have without any major issues. John Jones, M.D.
ok I watched something on TV that proved that Implants can take a ton of pressure etc. They hit the implant at high speeds and nothing happened the only thing that penetrated the implant was a bullet. Go for a consultation with a plastic surgeon they should be able to answer any questions you may have. If implants were that easy to break no one would get them....how many actresses have them and some of them are very active.
