breast augmentation?
I was thinking of getting the surgery, im 5'4'' and 115lbs. I lost 20 pounds (i was 135lbs before) and now im loving my weight but now i dont even fill an A cup (not that i really filled it before) I was wondering is there any type of breast augmentation/implant that will enable me to still breastfeed and will be real without huge troubles in the 10, 20 some years to come after? And what cup size do you recommend?

- full B, small c
- how about you augment one, and breast feed with the other one... or better breast feed first and then you will need a breast reduction
- Im not really sure if there is a safe one for breastfeeding. But I would reccomend not going over a C cup anything bigger would make you look like you are going to tip over.
- I have personally found the 36DD to be a well-rounded size. Not too big, not too small. Very squeezable.
- having big boobs isnt fun i think that girls with an A cup are more sexy than girls like me with DD i hate having big boobs because thats what everyone sees... if you wear the right clothes you will be like gwen stefanni (spell?) and she works having no boobs ! :) also it costs lots of money and there is so many risks by doing this to your body... but if you do i would go full B small C
- Leave them the way they are. If God wanted you to have larger breasts he would have given them to you.
- For some of these questions you might want to consult and actual plastic surgeon so that you can get an efficient answer. But maybe this might help: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Breast_augmentation
- i would wait until your through breastfeeding then get it done.
- That is not a extreme weight loss. I would first try exercises for at least 9 months. To build chest muscles. This could lift you more then enough. I doubt you had breaking down of skin with that little of loss. And the fat mass can look more with muscle behind your breast. After you have a child if your skin is weak now i would wait till after you have a child. Because you would most likely have to have the surgery again to lift.
- I would say "al natural". Don't do it. Fake breasts are what they are. Fake. Sexiness is not all in the breasts. Losing weight is a good start. Go shopping for a new sexy wardrobe, get a make over, and have fun. It'll be a lot cheaper and better in the long run. Good luck.
- u can still breastfeed with implants, but they don't last for 10-20 year they are good for 5-8 years if that then u need to get new ones, and who told u they last that long ? and another thing their can always be complication with the surgery i have had 4 of them make sure your Dr is board certified research is very good well good luck to u and a size C is a good they do go one size smaller when done so do a size D and u will end up with a C
- I agree with young and Alan. And also because of the risks involved - I think it's just too risky. You are beautiful as you are naturally - and there are a lot of other things you can do that are not risky to your health - just be creative ya know, like Alan was saying up ^ above, try to add variety - but stay as you are, and be happy with your natural body. Everyone's unique - that's what makes this world more interesting, and in my eyes this issue doesn't really matter that much. A lady deserves to be loved unconditionally regardless of her body shape.
- Hi I had my augmentation 2 years ago, I am also a very small framed woman at 5'2 and about 115 lbs. I did a lot of research before I went through with my surgery as there are many things to concider when making a life changing decision such as this. Here are some things to concider before you go ahead with it. 1. Be sure you have chosen a board certified plastic surgeon that has done many of these surgerys, and look him up before so you know if he has ever been suid for malpractice or for disfigurments, and ask to see before and after pictures of his work. 2. If you want to breast feed and also be able to have mamagrams for easy, and early detection of breast cancer, then have the implant placed behind the chest muscle as I did, by doing this they are much more natural and the implant is not in front to obstruct any of the natural funtions of the breast, and is not blocking any thing that might show up on a mamogram x-ray. 3. Be sure to take plenty of time to recover as you will be very soar for about a week, or maybe longer. The implants are not measured by cup sizes but by units of fluid. I had 300 cc units of saline and that was the max for my body without looking fake and unnatural. There are also a few ways to have the implants put in, they can go in by a small incision under each breast, or by the belly button, or through the nipple, or under the arm pit. When you go for a consultation you will most likely see a video of these prosedures before you make your final decision. I hope this information helps you and good luck. One more thing remember that implants are insurable and this is a good thing to get, also they will need to be replaced in about ten years so concider all of these things first. Good Luck!
- If you get implants, whether you choose saline or silicone, no matter what shape you choose, you can still breast feed (with ANY implant) I recommend you doing your research. Implants can be inserted under the pectoral muscle to have a more realistic look and it prevents rippling. I do not have implants, but have done research... I am planning on getting them next year. I also think that you should go no bigger than a C if you are naturally a small A cup and have a small frame. I know that most Saline implants have warranties on them... I believe they are 10 year warranties. However the lifetime expectancy of an implant is anywhere from 10 - 20 yrs so you should expect to have to have the implant replaced in about that amount of time. The implant replacement should be considerable cheaper than having the augmentation done.
- Breast implant surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Tour2india4health Consultants .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America. Tour2india4health Consultants is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star. http://www.tour2india4health.com Hope this helps.
